PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ZAAD.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Zaad mobile application ("App") on iOS or Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Zaad ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Create an account with accurate information, keep your credentials secure, accept responsibility for activity under your account, and notify us of unauthorized access. You may sign in with email, Apple, or Google.
ZAAD IS A WELLNESS AND FITNESS APPLICATION. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.
The App — including all content, AI-generated suggestions, meal plans, exercise recommendations, insights, and the GLP-1 companion — is for informational and educational purposes only, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The GLP-1 module helps you log and learn; it is not a prescriber and does not practice medicine. It presents general, educational information about medication classes (e.g., standard manufacturer titration schedules) and lifestyle support (protein, resistance training, hydration, side-effect awareness). It will never instruct you to start, stop, or change a specific dose. All medication and dosing decisions must be made by you together with your licensed prescriber or pharmacist. If you experience severe or persistent symptoms (e.g., severe vomiting, signs of dehydration, severe abdominal pain), seek medical care promptly.
Before starting any diet, exercise program, or medication-related change, consult a qualified healthcare professional about your specific conditions.
IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP FOR EMERGENCY GUIDANCE.
AI content (coaching, insights, meal plans, food-photo estimates) may contain errors; nutritional estimates are approximations; suggestions are general and not tailored to your medical conditions. Verify important information and consult professionals before acting. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Diet and exercise carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume them, are responsible for your own health decisions, and acknowledge that results vary and are not guaranteed.
Zaad offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (e.g., Premium and the GLP-1 Companion tier). Pricing varies by region and is shown in the App before purchase.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Zaad only, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content. Where you obtained the App from Apple, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You must comply with the applicable store's Usage Rules, and you represent that you are not in a region subject to embargo or designated as a prohibited party.
Personal, non-commercial use to track nutrition, weight, exercise, water, your goals, and (optionally) your GLP-1 journey, and to access AI features.
Do not: use the App unlawfully; provide false information or impersonate others; post content promoting eating disorders, self-harm, or dangerous diets; hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App; use bots or scrape data; circumvent security; or use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or IP infringement.
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., logs and food photos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and provide the App to you (e.g., processing a food photo to estimate nutrition and showing it in your log). Any optional social/community features, where available, have their own in-product controls; you are responsible for what you choose to share.
The App and its software, design, content, trademarks, and AI systems are owned by Zaad or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices.
The App integrates with: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging, analytics, crash reporting), Google Gemini via our backend (AI features), Apple HealthKit / Android Health Connect (only with your permission), RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play (subscriptions). Your use of these is subject to their terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or data; personal injury or health complications arising from following App content; AI inaccuracies; or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, which may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaad and its personnel from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms or third- party rights, or health decisions made based on App content.
You may delete your account anytime (Settings > Account) or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or risk to others. On termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your data subject to legal retention; surviving provisions remain in effect. Cancelling a subscription is done via the store (see above).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last Updated" date, post updated Terms in the App, and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be set by counsel; Gulf- first, e.g., the United Arab Emirates], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@zaadhealth.com for at least 30 days. [Dispute-resolution mechanism — arbitration/courts — and any class-action waiver to be confirmed by counsel for the chosen jurisdiction; the prior US-style arbitration clause has been removed pending that review.]
These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. We may send notices by email, in-app, or by posting in the App.
BY USING ZAAD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE HEALTH DISCLAIMERS AND THE GLP-1 COMPANION TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
These Terms of Service are effective as of June 28, 2026. Pending legal review and Arabic localization before public release.
